In the context of the pool management the following information will be saved:

Name, last name, e-mail address, country
Year of birth (when younger than 18 years; will be deleted again with the age of 18)
Gender
IP address
Picks for game and bonus picks
Pool name
Pool logo (optional)
Avatar of member (optional)

This information is mandatory for the functionality of the pools and picks. They will not be used for anything else. After your pool is done each player can individually decide if he/she wants to continue to receive information or preferes to delete the account.

Any user can delete his/her account at any time online under «Your profile». Google Analytics is being used for statistical information gathering. Also, registered users receive an irregularly published e-Newsletter.

Messages generated by the system will be sent out, as well as members of a pool are able to send each other messages. In any individual pool the responsible Administrator (Initiator of the pool, not the provider of this website) is the support provider. Thus he has access to Name, last name and e-mail address information.
